SUBJECT: Dick's Main Tap Liquor License
**Item 3.15.**
This memo is to inform the Council that there has been a change in
the Corporation of Dick's Riverfront Bar/Grill Inc.. The City Code
states that any change in the ownership of the business must be
approved by the City Council.
Robert Peterson currently was the sole officer (President) of the
corporation. Mr. Peterson has informed the City that James
Eisenschenk has become an officer of the corporation (Vice
President), and therefore has an interest in the business.
Mr. Eisenschenk has successfully passed a background check which
was recently completed by the Police Department and the State
Liquor Control Board has been notified of this change.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to authorize a change in the corporation of Dick's
Riverfront Bar and Grill, Inc. by adding James Eisenschenk as Vice
President.
