Old Business
Lawn care -Seeding and fertilizer have been applied to the front area
of the library that was previously prairie grass. Total cost $961.88
Prairie Grass -The prairie grass area by the butterFly garden has had
roundup applied to kill the weeds. Dave Anderson will continue with
the project in the spring.
New Business
Fire Panel - We had problems with the fire panel that controls the fire
alarm system and it had to be replaced. Cost over $1,000
Restructure Process -Effective November 14th the Elk River Branch of
Great River Regional library started with new staffing numbers
associated with the restructure process.
o Same open hours of operation
o Branch Manager 36.5 (-3.5)
o Branch Assistant Hours 128.5 (-26.27)
o Library Aide Hours 106 (+28)
