ACTION REQUESTED
As required by Minnesota Statutes, the City Council is asked to approve the special assessment
reapportionments as stated on the attached list.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.071 Subd. 3 requires City Council approval of special assessment
reapportiontnents. Attached is a list of special assessment reapportionments that reallocate existing
assessments to newly platted lots.
