A RESOLUTION OF THE ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES BOARD
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities is organized and existing under authority
granted by the Laws of the State of Minnesota; and,
WHEREAS, Keane, a companythat specializes in locating the owners, heirs and/or
beneficiaries of unclamed assets has provided notice of potential assets to be
reclaimed by Elk River Municipal Utilities; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement with Keane was signed by the Utilities Director an
10/31/2011, ('The Agreement) to proceed with the process of reclaiming the
unclaimed assets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the E1kRiverMunucipal Utilities Board, that
authorization is given the Lhilities Director to execute the Keane agreement to reclaim the
unclaimed assets, identified in The Agreement.
Passed and adopted by the E1kRiver Municipal Utilities Conuivssion this 15`s day of November,
2011.
