ACTION REQUESTED
Approve the 2012 City Council Meeting Schedule.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
A schedule of the regular meetings of the City Council is kept on file with the City Clerk's office and
must be posted on the city's bulletin board.
Council meetings are scheduled on the first, second, and third Mondays of each month. Four meetings
have been rescheduled to Tuesdays due to holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Labor
Day, and Veteran's Day.
The first meeting in January would fall on Tuesday, January 3. Mayor Dietz requested that this meeting be
cancelled due to the holiday and lack of business.
