The applicant is requesting to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and License to combine
the language fox the facilities at 17845 Highway 10 and 10700 165"' Ave NW, Elk River. Due to
additional comments about the language, staff is requesting that this item be opened and continued to the
January 1Q 2012 Planning Comtxussion meeting to allow staff and GRE to continue revising the language
in the CUP & license.
