Amend the Land Use Map from MR Medium Density Residential
to HB Highway Business, and to Rezone Property from RI C
Single Family Residential to C3 Highway Commercial
The applicant has submitted the attached letter withdrawing his requests. He will resubmit
them in the near future as a Land Use Amendment from residential to highway business and
a Zone Change to Planned Unit Development.

We are requesting a withdrawal of our application for Land Use change and Zoning
change for the Anderson property at this time. Please have that addressed at the City
Counsel meeting on the 15th of September.
We will re-submit an application for a Land Use change and a P.U.D. zoning.
