Open and continue the public hearing to January 17, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The applicant is requesting to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and License to combine
the language for the facilities at 17845 Highway 10 and 10700 165`" Avenue NW in Elk River. Due to
additional comments about the language, staff is requesting that the public hearing on this item be
opened and continued to the January 10, 2012, Planning Commission and January 17, 2012, City Council
meeting to allow staff and GRE time to continue revising the language in the CUP & license.
