SUBJECT: Meeting Reminder & Staff Updates -December 21, 201 I
This is to remind you of our upcoming meeting on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. in the
Uppextown Conference Room at the Elk River City Hall. The agenda and November minutes axe attached.
STAFF UPDATES
PROJECT CONSERVE PHASE III
The second meetings were held on November 15, 17 and 19. This meeting covered Natural Gas and Organics
recycling. Participants were also able to sign up fox Energy Audits.
Energy Audits began on December 1, 2011and there are 45 audits scheduled. The next meeting will be sometime in
April and will cover water and recycling.
FUTURE MEETING TOPICS
The January meeting will consist of a SWOT Analysis of Energy City. Thank you to GRE for securing a facilitator
fox this. Would it be possible to have this meeting be scheduled until 12:00 on January 18 or would the
Commission prefer to break it up into two meetings? Please be prepared to further discuss this.
