ACTION REQUESTED
City Council approval of the massage therapist license renewal for Jula Nelson to work at John Joseph
Salon valid until December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The City Council considered annual license renewals in December. Ms. Nelson's renewal was not
included because staff had not received her renewal materials.
Ms. Nelson has since submitted the proper renewal application and fee.
