• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF
A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River recognizes the need for the use of a
safe deposit box; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River authorizes the rental of a safe deposit
box at the First National Bank of Elk River.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk
River gives authority to the following staff fox this use:
City Administrator Calvin Portner
Finance Director Tim Simon
City Clerk Tina Allard
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 9`'' day of January, 2012.
