ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve a commercial kennel license to Haley Jo Vigstol DBA Rin Tin Inn Kennels, LLC valid
through December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Haley Jo Vigstol has made application on behalf of Rin Tin Inn Kennels, LLC for a commercial kennel
license to be located at 11631 219'''. Ave NW. Rin Tin Inn Kennels, LLC is the new owner of the kennel
which was previously run by Nora McLaughlin DBA Rin Tin Inn Kennel, LLC.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials and fees. The police department
conducted a kennel inspection in December and the kennel met the city's requirements. Kennels are
inspected on a yearly basis prior to renewal of the license to ensure that the applicant is meeting the
requirements of the ordinance relating to commercial kennels.
