ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion appointing two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Board with term
expirations of December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Per city code, the Administrative Hearing Board is a three member board consisting of two
Councilmembers and one Planning Commissioner. Pete Lemke is the Planning Commission's current
representative on the board.
Councilmembers Gumphrey and Motin's terms on the Administrative Hearing Board expired
December 31, 2011.
