SUBJECT: Appointment of Dave Aro to the Ice
Arena Commission
Elk River Youth Hockey Association has recommended that Dave Aro be
appointed to the Ice Arena Commission. Ice Arena Commission terms run for
three years.
Action Requested
Motion to appoint Dave Aro to the Ice Arena Commission for a three year
term which will expire on 12/31/00.

This letter is to formally notify the City of Elk River and our City Council
members that Dave Aro has been elected as ER YHA 's Arena Commissioner.
Mr. Aro will replace Mr. Taus's term, who stepped aside due to work and travel
commitments.
We trust that Mr. Aro and Mr. Martin will maintain the bridge of
communication between our City and our Youth Hockey Association.
