Request for Variance by GUardian
Angels of Elk River, Inc., Public
Hearing Case No. V 97-21
Guardian Angels have requested that their variance application be postponed
until the March 2, 1998 City Council meeting. This will allow enough time
for Guardian Angels to meet with their board and also consider alternative
plans for the commercial before meeting with the City Council.
Recommendation
It is recommended the City Council postpone action on Guardian Angels'
request for variance until the March 2, 1998 City Council meeting.
