SUBJECT: Excluded Bingo Request
**Item 3.8.**
The Parker Parent Teacher Organization has made application for
authorization to conduct excluded bingo on April 24. Although this
application is made to the State Gambling Control Board, the City
Council must approve the application prior to State approval.
An excluded license means that the applicant will hold no more than
4 bingo events during the year. This request is for one day, April 24.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve the Excluded Bingo request by Parker
Parent Teacher Organization.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a cigarette license for Time Out Sports
Bar.
