SUBJECT: Annual Meeting Election of Officers
The City Council recently xe-appointed Commissioner Paul Moon fora 5-year term to the
HRA Commission.
The HRA Bylaws indicate the following offices are to be filled through the election process
at the Annual Meeting of the Authority:
• Chair
• Vice Chair
• Secretary
The 2011 HRA Officers were as follows:
• Chair -Stewart Wilson
• Vice Chair -Larry Toth
• Secretary -Jean Lieser
The HRA Annual Meeting provides the opportunity to review the attached HRA Bylaws for
any suggested amendments. Staff has no suggested amendments at this time.
