Meeting Schedule
Attached is a draft schedule of meetings and activities. Please note that a
joint meeting with the School Board, a joint meeting with the Utilities
Commission, and a joint meeting with the Park and Recreation Commission
have not yet been scheduled. One or more of these joint meetings may
require a special meeting of the Council. Possible special meeting dates
include Tuesday, March 24; Tuesday, March 31; and Tuesday, April 7.
Additionally, please note that the Building and Zoning, Administration, and
Utilities Annual Reports have yet to be scheduled. (It is anticipated that the
Utilities Annual Report will be presented during a joint meeting between the
City Council and Utilities Commission.)
No quorum of the City Council will be present on Monday, February 23,
1998. Mayor Duitsman and Councilmembers Dietz and Thompson all have
conflicts and will not be able to attend the regularly scheduled 2/23/98
meeting. Accordingly, a motion is in order to cancel this City Council
meeting.
