City Council approval of a massage therapist license renewal for Tara LeFebvre to work at Collyard
Chiropractic valid until December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Ms. LeFebvre has submitted all the necessary application materials. Ms. LeFebvre did not submit her
renewal at the end of the year because she was on maternity leave and unsure when she would be
returning to work.
