SUBJECT: Request for Exemption from Lawful
Gambling License
The Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce has made application for
an exemption from Lawful Gambling License. The license will allow
the Chamber to hold a raffle during the 4th of July celebration. State
law requires local government approval of these requests.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for
the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.
