ACTION REQUESTED
Approval of the request by Ship-N-Mail, LLC., for a license to sell tobacco and tobacco related products
at 13465 Business Center Drive NW valid through December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Ship-N-Mail, LLC. is requesting a license to sell tobacco and tobacco related products at Ship-N-Mail,
13465 Business Center Drive NW. City ordinance defines Ketail Establishment as "any place of business avhere
tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco-rrlated devices are available for sale to the general public. Ketail establishments shall
include, but not be limited to, grocery stows, convenience stores, and restaurants: "
This location will not be a tobacco products shop as defined by statute as the sale of tobacco and tobacco
related products will be incidental to the Ship-N-Mail business. Tobacco and tobacco related products
will be sold in a similar nature to a gas station.
The applicant has submitted all the necessary application materials.
