ACTION REQUESTED
Council approval of a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Elk River Rotary Club for May 17, 2012
with the following condition:
^ Alcohol must be limited to an area that is fenced in with secured and controlled access.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The "Taste of Elk River" is a one day event that will be held on May 17, 2012, at Lions Park Center, 1104
Lions Park Drive. The Rotary has submitted all the necessary application materials. Events held on city
park property are exempt from the special event permitting requirements.
