Section 30-2025 (2) Stormwater Management, Specific Standards Regarding
Stormwater Discharge Rates.

The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
^ If the Board of Adjustments denies the request or an appeal is made by any
interested party, the Council will consider a request by Elk River Lutheran for
property at 729 Main Street (former 1st National Bank), for a variance from the City
of Elk River's Land Use Regulations, Section 30-2025 (2) Stormwater Management
specific standards regarding stormwater discharge rates.
