I, Dana Anderson, Planning Commission Vice Chair, hereby request a special meeting
of the Elk River Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. Elk'
River City Hall, ]3065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
1: The purpose of the meeting is to consider A request by EIk River Lutheran for
property at 729 Main Street (former 1 °` National Bank), for a variance from the City
of EIk River's Land Use Regulations, Section 30-2025 (2) Stormwater Management,
specific standards regarding stormwater discharge rates.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Planning Commission of the special meeting, in uniting, at least one day
