February Highlights
New Fitness Class at 350 Evans is going well.
Parkinson's Support Group started at the Senior Center. This group is supported by the
Struthers Parkinson's Centex from Park Nicollet. The fast meeting was very successful
indicating a need for this group in the Elk River area.
March Highlights

Hot To_pic(s~ of the Month
February is a month in which in addition to managing current programs, staff focus on
planning fox the upcoming summer season. This planning requires beginning the staff hiring
process, making decisions on what new programs to offer and how to adjust existing
programs, and working with other divisions such as Pazk Maintenance on coordinating
facility needs. Marketing is a major component as staff work to design our largest program
guide of the year.
