RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE TROUT BROOK HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the Cite= of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City= of Elk Rig=er received a X61,341 donation from Trout Brook Farms
Homeowners Association with the intent it be used by the Elk River Parks and Recreation
Department towards the installation and construction of a basketball court including
standards, fencing, lights, and a water fountain at the Trott Brook Farms Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
by= at least atwo-thirds vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Trout Brook Farms
Homeowners Association for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City= Council of the City of Elk River this 16`'' day of Apri12012.
