It is the policy of the City of Elk River to require applicants for land use approvals and
licenses to reimburse the city for costs incurred by the city in reviewing and acting upon
applications, so that these costs are not borne b~ the taxpayers of the city. These costs include all of

The cin- z;~:ll bill the applicant fox these costs as they are incurred, and payment u:11 be due «itl7in
tllirt~- `30) days of mailing of the bill. If payment is~rot received as required by this agreement, the
cit<- ~z-ill suspend the application review process and may deny- the application for failure to comply
with the requirements for processing the application.. Payment fox costs ~;-ill be required ~x-hether
the application is granted or denied.
The undersigned has received the city's policy regarding the pay~~nent of costs ofre~7ew, understands
that reimbursement to the cin- of costs incurred in revieuing the application will be required as set
forth in the polio=, agrees to reimburse trte cin- as required in the policy and make payment when
billed by- the city, and agrees that the application may- be denied for failure to reimburse the city for
costs as pro~'ided in the policy.
Fireworks are regulated by Minnesota Statutes 624.20-624.25. In addition to these state laws,
all display, sales, storage, and use of fireworks shall comply with Elk River City Ordinance
Section 22-231 through 22-253.

River , Acv for their 2012 iieworks sale.
It is understood that the grantees will be responsible for conducting the sales in aeeardance with all City,
County and State regulations, and the property will be left clean and free of debris, il-> addition to any and
all of the requirements as set forth in the temporary license agreement.
