SUBJECT: Request for Wine and 3.2 Beer License
for The Olde Main Eatery and Sweet
Shoppe
The owners of the Olde Main Eatery and Sweet Shoppe have made
application for a Wine and 3.2 Beer License. The Restaurant has
moved from its original location on Main Street to 313 Jackson
Avenue. The approved licenses will allow the restaurant to serve
both 3.2 percent beer and wine on sale. The hours of operation for
the restaurant are from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A routine background check for the wine license application is being
conducted. If the wine application is approved, approval should be
contingent upon a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion to approve a 3.2 percent on sale beer license and an on sale
wine license for the Olde Main Eatery and Sweet Shoppe contingent
upon a successful background check.
