Dear Mr. Klaers:
In our conversation last week, you indicated that you would like the bituminous overlay and
street improvements project completed as quickly as possible. To that end, we have set up a
schedule that will "fast-track" the design and bidding of this project as much as possible. The
following schedule proposes advertising the project for bids beginning next week, conducting
the public hearing and assessment hearing together, and awarding the bid on the date of the
public hearing/assessment hearing, or soon thereafter.
