Request by the City of Elk River for a
Conditional Use Permit, Public Hearing
Case No. CU 98-7
Request
The City of Elk River requests a conditional use permit to expand the Library parking lot.
Note
The Planning Commission postponed this request on March 24t~, 1998 so the planning
department and the Library Board can meet on site to discuss the proposed lot expansion.
The item will be discussed by the Planning Commission at their meeting on April 28th,
1998.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council postpone the conditional use request to the May
18th, 1998 meeting.
