SUBJECT: Request for Temporary On-Sale Beer
License by Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce has made a request for a temporary on-
sale beer license. The license will allow the sale of 3.2 percent beer
on-sale during the 4th of July celebration on July 3 and 4. The beer
will be consumed on the premises located at Orono Lake Park.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving the a temporary license requested by the
Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce to allow the sale of 3.2 percent
beer on-sale during July 3 through July 4, on the premises located at
Orono Lake Park.
