ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion to approve solicitor licenses to Monty Torper and Aaron Goings to go door-to-door
soliciting services on behalf of Charter Communications, valid through December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Monty Torper and Aaron Goings are employed with Frontline Marketing, a contractor for Charter
Communications. Mr. Torper and Mr. Goings are requesting solicitor licenses in order to go door-to-
door soliciting cable, Internet, and phone services on behalf of Charter Communications. Both applicants
have submitted all application materials and completed Police Department background checks.
