City Council approval of a massage therapist license for Jessica Sager to work at Bela Salon valid until

BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Jessica Sager is requesting a massage therapist license to perform massage at Bela Salon, 19320 Highway
169 in Elk River.
Ms. Sager has submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully cleared a Police
Department background check.
