SUBJECT: Liquor License for Sunshine Depot
Susan Anderson and Colleen Dahlheimer have entered into a lease
agreement to lease the Sunshine Depot from Rob Vanvalkenberg.
The applicants have submitted applications for an on-sale liquor
license and for an on-sale Sunday license. Ail necessary licensing
forms and documentation have been submitted. The background
checks are currently under investigation by the Police Department.
Approval of the licenses should be contingent upon successful
background checks.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve an on-sale liquor license and a Sunday
license for the Sunshine Depot, contingent upon successful
background checks of the new owners.
