ACTION REQUESTED
Approval of solicitor licenses for Cameron Balder and Cody DeGroot to go door-to-door soliciting
services on behalf of Charter Communications, valid through December 31, 2012.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Cameron Balder and Cody DeGroot are employed with Frontline Marketing, a contractor fox Chaxtex
Communications. Mr. Balder and Mx. DeGroot are requesting solicitor licenses in order to go door-to-
door soliciting cable, Internet, and phone services on behalf of Charter Communications. Both applicants
have submitted all application materials and completed Police Department background checks.
