RESOLUTION # 12-33
RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
indi~-iduals for their contributions to the community ; and
WHEREAS, the City- of Elk River received a LED football scoreboard and two wireless
controllers as a donation and valued at X6,325.00 from the Elk River Youth Football
Association with the intent it be used by the Football Association and the Elk River Parks
and Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, the Elk River Youth Football Association will also assist the City of Elk River
in the installation of the scoreboard by donating the support poles and electrician ser~-ices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City= Council of the City of Elk River,
by at least atwo-thirds vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Elk River Youth
Football for their donation.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16`h day of July 2012.
