RESOLUTION 12 - 37
RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION FOR VACATING ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
Case No. EV 12-01
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the City Council in a petition dated May 26, 2012,
to vacate such easements according to law; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 16, 2012, before the City Council at the Elk
River City Hall on such petition after due published and posted notice had been given and
all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and,
WHEREAS, the right-of--way was recorded on the plat of Gateway Business Park. Gateway
Business Park has since been replatted as Nature's Edge Business Center and the road right-
of-way is no longer required in this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that such petition is hereby granted and
the easement described as follows is hereby vacated:
