Background
Ellen Snell has made application for a transient merchant license to hold a Tool Sale at the
Elk River Bowl on Sunday, November 9, 2003 and Monday, November 10, 2003 from 11:00
a.m. to 7 p.m. Ms. Snell has received written permission from Elk River Bowl. The police
department conducted the required criminal background check with no problems noted.
Action Requested
A motion from Council approving a transient merchant license for Ellen Snell to hold a
Tool Sale at Elk River Bowl on the 9th and 10th of November.
