The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simon's Salon & Day Spa at 19320 Highway 169. The applicant has met the 500 hours of
completed course work and has successfully cleared the criminal history background check
completed by the police department.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Megan Smith to practice
therapeutic massage at Simon's Salon & Day Spa.
