Appointment to Library Board for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2006.

BACKGROUND
The city has been actively advertising for a vacancy on the Library Board. The city has received only
one apphcation. The application received is from Allison Olson and is attached for Council review.
Allison will be in attendance at the October 13, 2003 City Council meeting for an interview.
