Request
1. Consider rezoning 361 acres from Rle (Single Family Residential) and
Rlc (Single Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).
2. Consider preliminary plat to subdivide 361 acres into 357 single family
lots and 252 townhome lots.
3. Consider a conditional use permit request for a 361 acre residential
planned unit development.
Issue
This item is being continued. The Planning Commission will be considering
this item on July 14, 1998. This item will be presented to the Council at the
August 3, 1998 meeting.
