CITY COUNCIL
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATE OF MINNESOTA
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LIMITED USE PERMIT
FOR HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, that:
1. Limited Use Permit 7106-0013 for the construction and maintenance of landscaping
within the Right of Way of TH 169 is hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to execute the said permit on behalf of the City of Elk.
River.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River,Minnesota this 20th day of August,
