Update on the Remodeling for the Old
Northbound Liquor
The remodeling project for the old Northb6und Liquor is going extremely
well. At this time the sprinkler system is complete, all the studs have been
placed, and the electrician, plumber and heating contractor are all
completing their work for a rough-in. Once complete, they will be
sheetrocking and finishing the sheetrock. Anticipated completion date for
this project is the 22nd of June.
At this time I am looking for quotes for the carpeting for this facility.
Riverside Development has given us one quote for the removal and
installation of a commercial grade carpeting. However, I am looking at other
carpet companies as well to compare prices. I also received a quote from Mr.
Mike Medina regarding the canopy framework that was taken down from
Northbound. Provided for you is a copy of that quote. Staff feels that this is
a very fair price for this type of canopy and at this time would be looking for
approval for Mr. Medina to be purchasing this old canopy.
