SUBJECT: Request to Conduct Excluded
Bingo - VFW
The Elk River -Rogers VFW 5518 Ladies Auxiliary has submitted an
application for Authorization to Conduct Excluded Bingo on July 4 and July
16-19. This application is made to the State Gambling Control Board, but
City Council approval is required prior to State approval.
An excluded bingo license means that the applicant will hold no more than
four bingo events during the year. This request is for a total of five days,
July 4, in connection with the Fourth of July Celebration, and July 16-19, in
connection with the Sherburne County Fair.
Action Reauested
Council motion approving the Authorization to Conduct Excluded Bingo
application for the Elk River-Rogers VFW 5518 Ladies Auxiliary.
