Approval for the Blue Line Club to hold a 5K Run/Walk at Woodland Trails with the following
provisions:
• Facility Use Fee be waived.
• No marking of trails is permitted. Cones maybe used.
• Group covers the cost of any additional needs such as portable toilets and trash removal.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Elk River Blue Line Club has requested the use of Woodland Trails Park to hold a 5K Run/Walk on
Saturday, October 6 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. They expect approximately 150 participants to attend the
event.
Other Information to Consider.
• This is a Resident,Non-Profit Group.
• Proceeds for the event will be used to support the Elk River High School Hockey Team.
