TMI Coatings, Inc. has reviewed your request for the Elk River Water Tower Restoration Project,and proposes the
following scope of work:
1. TMI to remove all existing coatings on the tank exterior by sandblasting to SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast. TMI
to erect a full containment for blasting and recoating the water tower to prevent dust and overspray.
2. TMI to prime all exterior surfaces with a corrosion resistant primer.
3. TMI to apply a finish coat to match the original paint colors.
o Tank, riser, lattice posts,ladder and cage,catwalk,railing and all structural steel to be a metallic
aluminum finish.
o Cone roof of the water tank to receive an acrylic polymer,red in color, for long term protection.
o Tank to receive black lettering on the side.
YOUR BUDGET COST INCLUDING LABOR AND MATERIALS INSTALLED $210,000
