Request for Tobacco License and 3.2 Percent Off-Sale Malt
Liquor License for Mai Yang
RE(~UEST
Consideration of two requests from applicant Mai Yang: (1) to have a tobacco license, and
(2) to have a 3.2 percent off-sale malt liquor license.
BACKGROUND
Ms. Yang is in the process of purchasing the Cenex Gas Station/Convenience Store located
at 13374 Highway 10. Ms. Yang has made application for these two licenses.
ACTION REQUESTED
Staff is requesting Council to make a motion approving the tobacco license and 3.2 percent
off-sale malt liquor license for Mai Yang at the location of 133374 Highway 10.
