Subject: Arena Commissioner Appointment
Elk River Youth Hockey has appointed Mark Malzahn as their next Arena
Commissioner. Mark was the past Elk River Youth Hockey President, and will replace
Dave Aro for a three-year term that will begin in April of 2004. Attached for your review
is the memo I received from Dave Hanson, Elk River Youth Hockey President. I have
also attached an updated roster of the Arena Commissioners.
Recommendation:
To approve the appointment of Mark Malzahn to the Arena Commission as one of the
Commissioner of Elk River Youth Hockey..

The Elk River Youth Hockey Association Board, has appointed
Mark Malzahn to serve on the Arena Commission, along with the
current representative, Kent Madsen. Mr. Malzahn will be replacing
Mr. Aero.
