CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 712.10 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO
BILLIARD HALLS
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 712.10 titled,"Prohxbxted' ' Practices," of the City of Elk
River Code of Ordinances shall be amended read as follows:
It shall be unlawful for any person to whom a license has been granted or for any
employee of such person in any billiard or pool hall or any appurtenant or connected
place:
3. To keep such billiard or pool hall open or to operate between the hours of
1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the City Council has approved a conditional use
permit for the billiard or pool hall allowing later hours.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon pubhcation as
provided by law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this l0th day of
