SUBJECT: October I7th Planning Session
On October 17,2012, the Fire Service Task Force (Task Force) will be holding a planning
session beginning at 3 p.m. To help provide a distraction-free work environment, this
meeting will be held offsite at Rockwoods in Otsego. A light dinner and refreshments will
be provided.
The primary purpose of this meeting is to provide an opportunity for the Task Force to
develop a final list of initiatives and corresponding goals and objectives.
I will have additional handouts and information at the meeting to help facilitate discussions.
We will be breaking into workgroups for most of the afternoon.
If you are not able to attend,please let me know as soon as possible.
